Training courses can be provided for lifting operation using all types of commonly used cranes for transport, construction and industry. Slinger / Signaller (Banksman) and Appointed Person courses are also available.

The courses are available for novices and experienced operators on the following:

• Lorry Loader Cranes (HIAB)
• Mobile Cranes
• Tower Cranes.
• Self-Erecting (pendant) Cranes
• Harbour Cranes
• Overhead Gantry Cranes

Courses can be taken at Project training facility at Bulwer Avenue or on-site by arrangement.

NB Some courses are conducted on-site only.

Lorry Loader Course 1 – 2 days. Slinger / Signaller Course – 3 days.

The duration of other courses depends on the type of equipment and experience of the operator.

A certificate of attendance and a NPORS Registration card (optional) with photo ID are issued on completion of the course.
