• How does the hire pricing work?

    This is the rate for the first 24 hours.

    2 DAY
    This rate is for the first 48 hours.

    Weekend rate – Collected after 3pm and before 4pm on Friday, return before 9am Monday.

    After the first 48 hours the hire goes into a weekly rate (the maximum rate for a 7 day period (week).

    Hire in excess of 1 week is charged at 20% of the weekly rate per day

  • When should I make my reservation?

    Please book as early as possible, especially for the busy summer and Bank Holiday periods.
    You may reserve by telephone or by simply making a reservation at our hire counter located at Bulwer Avenue.

  • Is there a charge for delivery/collection?

    We do charge for Delivery & Collection, £9.50 each way on our own vehicles Transportation charges do apply to Powered Access, Site Offices and Forklifts, please contact us for prices.

    NB. Project does not offer ‘timed’ deliveries but we will endeavour to be as prompt as possible.

  • Off-Hire & Collection?

    Finished with the kit you’ve hired from Project Hire? Just call 01481 242 047 Simply quote your contract number – we’ll cease the hire and confirm when the equipment can be collected

    Equipment will be collected at the earliest opportunity convenient for you, usually the next working day.

  • How and when do I pay?

    Payment is required at the start of the hire.

    All major Credit /Debit cards are accepted. In most cases this means that your hire is completed before your card statement is due.

  • Cleaning & Damage?

    Hirers must ensure that equipment is returned in clean working order.

    Any damage must be reported to Project Hire & Sale at the earliest opportunity.
    Damage to equipment and machinery will be chargeable to the hirer.
