Conditions of hire
Project operate under HAE Standard Conditions, available on request.
Deposits may be requested at the start of hire.
Terms of payment
Account customers – nett 30 days from invoice date.
On start of hire or as requested.
Hire rate calculation
Hire commences when equipment is issued or delivered by our transport. 1 DAY = 24 hours 2 DAY = 48 hours. WEEKEND hires can be collected after 3pm on Friday and returned by 9:00am the following Monday. WEEK = 3 – 7 days. Hire in excess of 1 week is charged at 1/6 weekly hire rate per day.
Cleaning & Damage
A charge will be made for cleaning or repair of our equipment returned in a dirty or damaged condition.
The hirer is responsible for the safe-keeping, daily maintenance and safe use of hire equipment. Provision of insurance cover is the responsibility of the hirer. Lost or damaged equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
Safety & Instruction
Please take care when using equipment. Staff are available to demonstrate safe use of all hire equipment. Instruction leaflets are available for access towers. Safety leaflets are also available. We also provide a training courses for Mobile Elevating Work Platforms ( MEWP ), Forklifts, Telehandlers, Excavators, Dumpers, Ride on Rollers, PASMA, etc. Please ask for more information.
