Great news…we’ll be open and back to normal working hours from Monday 8 March. We look forward to welcoming you on site but do ask that you please wear a mask at all times and follow hygiene and social distancing measures.
There will be a one-way system in operation and site marshals will be on hand to help direct you. Deliveries are also still available – you can place an order by calling 01481 242047 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. #GuernseyTogether
From Monday 22 February we will be able to offer hire equipment on a DELIVERY ONLY basis.
You can place your orders now by calling 01481 242047 or emailing email@example.com
Please note our site will not be open for collections or returns. If you have equipment out on hire, you will not be charged for it until we are able to arrange for it to be returned in line with States of Guernsey guidelines.
In line with guidance from the States of Guernsey, we will be continuing to supply hire items for emergencies only.
This is because we cannot safely operate from our premises with only one person in attendance.
We hope to be able to offer a service to the wider community when the next phase is announced.
Thank you for your patience.
We are able to supply emergency hire items to support work in line with the States guidance listed below:
Essential emergency home building repair and maintenance works may be carried out by plumbers, electricians, roofers, scaffolders and all others (repair and maintenance personnel) who reasonably and necessarily provide essential emergency home building repair and maintenance services.
Repair and maintenance personnel must adopt practices designed to minimise risks to health wherever possible and practical, including maintenance of social distancing of at least 2 metres, and adherence to hygiene guidelines and are strongly advised to wear face coverings.
To arrange emergency hire, please call 07781 417183 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with as much information as possible, we will need this to ensure that the work is compliant with the current guidelines.
Once your order is accepted, you will be given delivery details and a link to fill in your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Pre-lockdown Equipment Update
Anyone that still has equipment from before lockdown should keep it in a safe place until we are able to re-open as normal, you will not be charged more than originally agreed.
